We are a fully licensed and insured tree service company with four ISA-certified arborists on staff.

Our Tree Services

Tree Removal

We remove trees of all sizes, from small ornamentals to 100-foot cottonwoods. Our crews work in tight residential yards, commercial properties, and anywhere in between. We handle tree removal cleanup and haul everything away when the job is done.

Tree Trimming and Pruning

Regular tree trimming keeps trees healthy, reduces storm damage risk, and protects your home from overhanging branches. Our ISA-certified arborists know how to make the right cuts for each species and season — not just cut back whatever is in the way. 

Stump Grinding

After a tree comes down, the stump stays until you do something about it. We grind stumps below ground level so you can plant, sod, or pave over the spot. Most stump grinding jobs are handled in under an hour.

Crane Tree Removal

Some trees cannot come down the standard way — too close to a structure, no clear drop zone, or too large to section safely. We have crane-assisted removal capability for jobs that require it. 

Emergency Tree Service

Storm damage and fallen trees do not wait for business hours. We respond to emergency calls across Salt Lake City and the surrounding area. If a tree is on your house, blocking your driveway, or posing an immediate risk, call us.

Arborist Services

Our ISA-certified arborists provide tree health assessments, disease and pest diagnosis, fertilization, and expert consultation. Plant Health Care

We treat common Utah tree diseases and pest infestations, including cytospora canker, fire blight, spider mites, aphids, and borers. Catching problems early is almost always cheaper than removing a tree later.

Commercial Tree Service

We work with property managers, HOAs, apartment communities, and municipalities across Salt Lake City. Large-scale trimming programs, hazard tree removal, storm response, and ongoing maintenance contracts are all available.

Tree Spraying

Tree spraying at Diamond Tree Experts covers insect control, disease prevention, and pest infestations before they get bad enough to threaten the tree itself. Most people wait too long on this. By the time you can see the damage, aphids, scale, bark beetles, whatever’s moved in, the infestation’s usually been building for a season already, and the tree’s already stressed from it. Timing matters more than people expect too. Spraying at the wrong point in a pest’s life cycle barely does anything, which is part of why this isn’t really a DIY job even though the store-bought sprays make it look simple. Our ISA-certified arborists identify what’s actually attacking the tree first, since treating for the wrong pest wastes time and money and lets the real problem keep spreading. Some issues call for targeted insect spraying. Others are more about disease control or general plant health care to get the tree strong enough to fight things off on its own. Skip this stage and you’re usually looking at a bigger problem a year or two out: a declining tree, a spreading infestation that hits neighboring trees, or a removal that could’ve been avoided with treatment caught early.

Land Clearing

Full-site land clearing for new construction, overgrown lots, and small acreage across Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Front. We clear everything standing between your property and its next use, including trees, stumps, brush, and debris, then haul it to our own green waste facilities where it’s recycled into mulch. When necessary, our ISA-certified arborists walk the site first and flag any healthy trees worth keeping.

Tree Risk Assessment

Not sure if a tree is actually dangerous or just ugly? When necessary our ISA-certified arborists use the TRAQ methodology to evaluate root, trunk, and canopy defects and assign a real risk rating, Low, Moderate, High, or Extreme, so you get a documented answer instead of a guess. Common for HOAs, property managers, and homeowners dealing with leaning trees, cracks, or storm damage.

Tree Inspections

Not every damaged or declining tree needs to be removed. Our ISA-certified arborists inspect the roots, trunk, canopy, and surrounding site to identify disease, decay, structural weakness, and other concerns. You get a clear explanation of what is happening and what should be done next.

Shrub Trimming and Removal

Overgrown shrubs can block windows, crowd walkways, and make an otherwise clean property look neglected. We trim shrubs back into shape, remove dead or unwanted bushes, and haul away the debris when the job is finished.

Tree Debris Cleanup

Diamond Tree Experts provides tree debris cleanup in Salt Lake City and across the Wasatch Front. We remove branches, logs, limbs, wood chips and other tree waste from residential, commercial and managed properties.

Storm Damage Cleanup

High winds, heavy snow, and severe storms can leave fallen trees, broken limbs, and debris across your property. Our crews remove damaged trees and branches, clear access areas, and haul everything away so the site is safe and usable again.
