Much of the material brought into our yard is recycled and reused in Diamond Tree Experts’ mulch and soil products.

Instead of sending clean yard waste to a landfill, our process helps turn usable organic material into mulch products that can be used for landscaping, soil protection, moisture retention, weed reduction, and general property improvement.

Clean Green Waste Dumping Fees
Fees vary depending on vehicle and load type. Common dumping fees include pickup trucks, trailers, dump trucks, bucket trucks, end dumps, and other commercial vehicles. Clean chips are accepted at no charge. Additional charges may apply for pull-off assistance, large logs, oversized stumps, large root balls, or material requiring extra handling. Large logs, stumps, and root balls are subject to manager discretion. Stumps can be 2 ft. x 2 ft. Anything bigger may have additional fees.
Logs can be 2 ft. x 8–10 ft. long. Any bigger will have additional fees. Loader operator will provide pricing for oversized material.

- Stumps: 3 ft. x 2 ft., 4 ft. x 2 ft., or 5 ft. x 3 ft. $40
- Logs: 4 ft. x 6 ft., 5 ft. x 6 ft., or 6 ft. x 6 ft. $40
What We Accept
We accept clean green waste, including:
Grass clippings
Leaves
Stumps
Large trunks and branches
Large trunks, branches, stumps, logs, root balls, and oversized material may require an additional charge if they need to be cut down or handled to a manageable size.
Residents are asked to please cover all loads before arriving at the facility.
What We Do Not Accept
To keep our green waste recycling process clean and efficient, we do not accept:
Rocks
Gravel
Dirt
Debris
Sod
Treated wood
Plastic bottles
Paper
Please make sure your load contains clean green waste only before dumping.
Mulch Products Available at our Weber County Facility
We offer both natural and colored mulch products for sale to contractors and to the general public at our Weber County Facility.
Our natural products come in three different sizes–coarse, medium and fine.
The colors we have for our colored mulch are Chocolate, Dark Brown, Black and Red.
The dye we use is water soluble and completely safe for the environment.
All of our mulch products are allowed to sit and are turned often so that the decomposition process can begin and all of the harmful microorganisms and weed seeds are removed.
